At Novoplan, while we’ve embraced remote work, there’s something special about coming together for a team-building experience.

On 24th July 2024, our team gathered in Coolangatta for an invigorating workshop and planning session, followed by dinner.

The next day, we headed to Top Golf, Gold Coast where Damon Ehlers, Novoplan’s Director of Business Engagement, emerged victorious, taking home the prestigious solar-powered garden gnome.

These events have become a cornerstone of our company culture, providing invaluable opportunities to explore the latest developments across our business, share insights, brainstorm, and, most importantly, have fun together.

Here’s to many more enriching and enjoyable team events!
