Novoplan customer data is stored in separate, secure, geo-replicated databases hosted and backed up within highly secure Australian data centres. All customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest using modern, secure ciphers.
Our development team are trained in secure development practices, and the Novoplan application is subject to regular independent penetration testing and vulnerability scans to ensure that our systems remain protected against ever evolving security threats.
Use of the Novoplan SaaS is subject to robust access controls including Single Sign-On (SSO) and the use of role based access controls to ensure that customer data and application functionality is only accessible to authorised users in accordance with relevant business rules.
