Located in the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales, Armidale is known for its character-filled streets, heritage buildings, and strong community spirit. The city serves as the heart of the New England High Country, surrounded by breathtaking national parks, waterfalls, and lush rainforests.
As the city is preparing for a new phase of growth driven by the New England Renewable Energy Zone (NEREZ), Armidale Regional Council (ARC) has partnered with Novoplan to enhance its approach to infrastructure planning and developer contributions management.
While Novoplan is not directly involved in REZ benefit sharing negotiations or the Community Benefit Framework (CBF), its platform provides critical support for:
- Tracking developer contributions.
- Streamlining infrastructure planning workflows, and
- Improving transparency and accountability in planning processes.
This partnership equips ARC with modern tools to manage growth more effectively, ensuring that infrastructure delivery keeps pace with development.
We’re pleased to support the Armidale team on this important journey.
