Who we are
Novoplan was founded in 2017 by a group of experienced infrastructure planning practitioners. We observed firsthand the significant impact that inadequate infrastructure contribution management systems were having.
We believe that enhanced, simplified, and connected information will empower our customers to realise their vision for their communities.
Our deep understanding of the impact that the infrastructure contribution and delivery frameworks have on housing supply and the economic growth of our cities and regions led to the creation of Novoplan.
Our mission is to empower local and state authorities with a fit-for-purpose technology solution that supports the timely and cost-effective delivery of infrastructure to enhance communities.

Local Buy ICT Solutions, Products, Services & New Technologies (LB308)
Novoplan is an accredited supplier under the Local Buy ICT Solutions, Products, Services & New Technologies (LB308) contract. This means that local and state authorities from Queensland, Northern Territory, and Tasmania can engage Novoplan through a Request for Quote rather than an open tender for an engagement of any value.
To assist contracting with customers in Queensland, we have developed a standard contract that utilises the Comprehensive Contract template from the QITC Framework.
Buy.nsw ICT Services SCM0020
Novoplan is prequalified as an advanced supplier under the buy.nsw ICT Services Scheme. This enables local governments to utilise the NSW Government’s ICT Purchasing Framework to enter into contracts with Novoplan that exceed $150,000.
To assist contracting with customers in New South Wales, we have developed a standard contract that utilises the MICTA/ICTA contract template from the NSW Government’s ICT Purchasing Framework.

ISO27001 Information Security Management System
Novoplan is dedicated to implementing industry-leading security practices to ensure the safety of your data.
To support this commitment, we have implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) as a framework for continually managing information security.
Our ISMS has been independently certified against the ISO 27001 standard.
Accessibility
We are committed to making the Novoplan application accessible to as many people as possible. Therefore, we endeavour to meet all guidelines and standards established by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
At present, the Novoplan application is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 however we are actively working towards achieving AA compliance.
